A5 OAW forward cluctch slip

I m new, I am french and sorry i don t speak German.

I have a problem with my A5 2008 gearbox 0AW LAU, the forward clutch slip with the code vcds p1743, I do 2 oil changes because the clutch material in the oil.

After the clutch slip more, I disassembled the forward clutch, it was not very worn or deformed, I still changed the clutch, and it does not change anything.

I can do to make the adaptation but as the the light mil of the gearbox comes back and vcds code p1741, p1742, p1743 appear the adaptation returns in progress.

No problem with reverse clucth and no noise.

When the oil heats the car is less advanced, see even in advance no more

The new are calibrated but after calibration passed, i drive, in fact i try (maximum speed 70-80 km/h) the malfunction light of gearbox come on and calibration is again in progress.

The oil is mannol cvt spec vw tl52180, g052 180 A1/A2/A6

Hello,

first of all, you have used a wrong transmission fluid. For your 0AW gearbox you need a transmission fluid with specification G 052 516, such as Fuchs Titan CVT.

The clutch clearance should be 1,8 mm +/- 0,2. Try to get it down to approx. 1,6 mm. And also important, the pressure plate and piston as well as the oil pipe should also be changed. And change the external fluid filter.

In addition to that, you can open the hydraulic control unit and clean carefully the small strainers.

I order the parts, i replace them and i say you.

I have open the gearbox and compared the new parts and used parts and i don’t see any difference.

I have remove the pump and it’s clean.

I don’t think the problem come of this parts.

After new clearance of forward clucth and replacement of parts and oil, the problem is the same.

The cluctch slip even after calibration passed.

If i pull the pedal of accelerator more 10% the clutch slip.

And at more 20km/h the mil of gearbox comes on and gearbox is in "degraded mode".

Can we check the pressure of the clutch?

What is the correct value?

No body have answer for value of pressure of forward clutch?

I think the problem come from pressure on clutch, may be a leak in the pressure line of forward clutch or pump is clogged....

What do you think?
