have you also changed the entrainment pump? If so, open the hydraulic unit and check the micro-sieves. And also check the pressure relief valve in the gear body.

Hallo,

I have just remove the pump for see if i can see a problem, the pump was clean.

The entrainment are ok, for reverse gear i have no problem, i think the pump is ok.

Where i can find manual for disassemble hydraulic unit?

If pressure relief valve have a problem, i don t have error message?

The most critical point of the entrainment pump is the connection to the oil pipe, which is suppling the forward clutch. The entrainment pump has nothing to do with the reverse clutch. Pay also attention to the sealing ring of the entrainment pump. It should be installed with the closed side to the input shaft.

And in fact, there is no manual to disassemble and maintain the hydraulic unit. Just remove the pressure pump and open all backside screws. Be aware of small springs and/or sieves. Sieves should be carefully handled as these are not available as spares. Sieves can be cleaned best way by an ultrasonic cleaner.

Hallo, ich sehe, dass dieses Problem häufig auftritt. Das gleiche passiert mir in einem Audi A6 mit der NSL-Box. Wir haben die Kupplungen gewechselt und es macht genau das Gleiche. Wir haben auch die Druckplatte und das Rohr gewechselt, aber es macht das Gleiche. Können Sie sagen, wie Sie das Problem am Ende gelöst haben?
